Please respect our technician’s time by keeping appointments and providing a minimum of 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling treatments. Because your services are guaranteed reservations, a 50% non refundable payment via a credit card or a gift card is required for the following conditions:

Arrival and Check in ProdecureARRIVAL & CHECK-IN PROCEDURE

We request that you arrive 15 minutes before any spa appointment. *Please keep in mind late arrivals will be charged for the full service. The treatment will end as scheduled, so that the next client may begin on time.

ChildrenCHILDREN

As a courtesy to our guests and to maintain a tranquil and rejuvenating environment, we request that children visit the salon only when receiving treatment. When booked with a parent treatment times must be equitable, and minors must be accompanied by an adult.

In consideration of other services in progress, please turn phones to vibrate or off and refrain from use within the spa or salon.

Payment and ReturnsPAYMENT & RETURNS

Lotus accepts most major credit, debit, ATM cards and checks. There will be a $25 charge for all returned checks. All products can be returned for exchange or store credit only, within 10 days of purchase. No refunds on gift cards, packages or series.

Tipping is left to the client’s discretion and can be based upon the level of service. Envelopes are provided at the guest services desk, or you may add it to your credit card charge.

Medical ConcernsMEDICAL CONCERNS

We ask that you inform us if you are currently using ANY medications or are under a doctor’s care. Lotus Day Spa does not accept insurance payments or participate in any insurance programs. We can recommend several local facilities for you.
